3.2. The Website includes a contact form (powered by Formspree) to enable you to send enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract for services.

3.3. Any agreement for consulting or copywriting services will be subject to a separate written agreement or proposal between you and David Alston, agreed on a per-project basis.

5.3. We aim to respond to enquiries within a reasonable timeframe but do not guarantee any specific response time.

6. External Links

6.1. The Website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.

6.2. The inclusion of an external link does not imply endorsement unless clearly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) Death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) Any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the availability of the Website where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, or third-party service provider failures.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at help@davealston.com. We will endeavour to resolve the matter informally.

10.2. If a consumer complaint remains unresolved, we will provide any information about an appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution provider that applicable law requires, including whether we are willing or obliged to use that provider. 11.3. Any separate agreement for consulting or copywriting services may contain its own governing-law and jurisdiction provisions.

12. Severability

12.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement
